The challenge was to expand holistic mental health services through an integrated strategy that united branding, digital channels, and app development.
Offering services in psychology, acupuncture, massage, mental health care, and content distribution, Inner Innovation’s founder, Rafael Bauth, had ambitious growth plans across branding, social media, and app development. My role was understanding client needs, company capabilities, and project priorities to use design to drive impactful improvements.
Design and manage the entire ecosystem, from brand identity to app, social media, print assets, and ad campaigns on YouTube and Instagram.
Explored core problems, user research, goals, benchmarking, and personas with pain points and opportunities.
Aligned on company planning, goals, created a roadmap with prioritized tasks, and targeted key audiences.
Created brand’s identity with the website, YouTube channel design, service catalogs, eBooks, and social media.
Created the user flow, app roadmap, benchmarked platforms, and scoped features based on user needs and goals.
Designed interfaces and prototypes for stakeholder validation, followed by MVP development with the dev team.
Product Discovery and Research
The process began by aligning with the founder to define goals and develop personas to identify key problems and opportunities. Given the extensive scope, I created a strategic roadmap focusing on branding, digital channels, and app development. After establishing brand authority, I moved on to engagement strategies like social media, content creation, and ads. The final phase scoped and prioritized app features for therapists and users, with a focus on the shift to virtual sessions driven by the pandemic.
