Locaweb’s previous resale service relied on the third-party cPanel system, which posed a rigid interface, limitations on the number of client accounts per reseller, restricted storage space, inability to modify performance, and fluctuating pricing tied to foreign currency, leading to unpredictable costs.
Consequently, the company decided to develop a new application.

Product Discovery and Research
The process began with researchs to understand user needs, the market, competitors, and industry best practices. We analyzed feedback from the previous product to identify pain points and user needs. User research helped map out the target audience, and a prototype was developed with the development team, considering technical limitations. Event tracking was implemented to monitor user interactions throughout the product journey. After launch, we analyzed feedbacks and metrics to guide improvements for the next version.
